Today starts the birthday month of Iceland Unwrapped.
Established at the Chamber of Commerce in The Hague in October 2015.
Ten years is a long time. From fighting homesickness, figuring out how to make a living in a new country, to an idea of wanting to present Iceland and the people that I knew, to travelers.
That is what happened and it is truly amazing how an idea can become something that matters in people’s lives and creates unforgettable memories and togetherness.
Slower travel, personalized unique travel plans, visiting hidden gems, meeting amazing people and making the travelers feel welcome and a part of this extraordinary place, has always been the goal. The personal approach and attention to details is the magic spice for making each trip a unique one.
This month we will be publishing on social media platforms, exciting stories from our clients and some of the extraordinary pictures taken in Iceland by us, our partners and the travelers.
